This store ships within Canada only. All prices and shipping charges are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Shipping costs

We offer free ground shipping on orders of $200 or more. For orders under $200, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address before you complete your purchase.

Processing and delivery times

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, not including weekends or statutory holidays. During promotional periods, processing may take 3–5 business days.

Carriers are selected automatically based on the delivery address; we are unable to assign or guarantee a specific carrier. Most deliveries arrive within 3 business days of shipping, though actual delivery times vary by location and carrier conditions. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address. The delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

We cannot deliver to post office boxes, parcel lockers, or freight forwarders. Orders intended for export outside of Canada will be rejected.

No signature is required on delivery, so we recommend using an address where the package can be received safely. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse it travels at the customer's risk, and we are not able to issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. If you believe a delivered package has been stolen, please contact your local authorities, and contact us so we can help with the carrier investigation.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us. After that, your order has entered fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled — you can refuse delivery, or request a free return within 30 days of receiving it. See our Return Policy.
