Highly recommend

Best purchase I definitely recommend. I also have Tapo cameras so being able to control everything in one app is handy. Super easy to install. Never jams. I love the features of being able to lock/unlock from wherever and create different codes for different people or one time codes.

Buy this...you won't be disappointed.

Very easy to install, looks nice and programming was easy to do. I recently replaced my other high end smart lock to this one because I kept getting error messages and the keypad would stop working. I finally decided to try something new. I am so glad I did. The price is more than half of the other crappy (S) keypad deadbolt. I can control the lock through an app which I already use for my indoor/outdoor cameras.

Better than Weiser or schlage!

I have installed countless wiser and schlage door locks and this one really impressed me for two things right off the start. The rubber gasket for the exterior keypad that seals it against the door as well as the Teflon bushing around the back set for a smoother operation. Somebody was thinking when they designed these. As for function I'm really impressed with it for the price that I paid it actually works really really good. All of my cameras and doorbells are from tp-link and I have not been let down by any of their products yet. I've been happy with one that I've had to exchange on warranty. Tp-link has been good for a computer products and electronics for years and it seems from continuing that tradition.

Very easy to install

Great , easy to install!! At my age I installed this lock myself without any problems. In 20 minutes the lock was ready to go. So nice to get to your door and never use a key!! Works very well using your phone even from a distance get info on your lock in real time. I recommend this lock.

Not bad at all! But some app features are annoying

My smonet has become glitchy after 3 years and so back this one and so far so good. I always been a fan of tapo since I bought 3 of their cameras and 2 wifi plugs.The lock itself is responsive and buttons are better than a digital screen. Only time will tell if the lock is reliable.The app is easy, appealing and has great feature.I would give it 5 stars but 2 features are kinda annoying.1. Once you programmed the pin code, it no longer shows for security reasons. If you want to double check or forgot it, you delete and create a new one. My work around is putting the code in the name2. I run an airbnb and when you setup a code for a few days. You cannot select the entry time and exit time as it will affect each days. This is very annoying and I wish they can fix this. Other cheap models actually have that ability throught the app so not sure why it's limited hereI'll come back after 1 year and 1 cold winter to update this post. I live in QC and my cottage is by the lake...temperature can go down to -45° at times. Hopefully the lock will work in those hard conditions
