Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt Door Lock | Tapo DL100

I love tapo products install take 10 minutes

This lock works great with Alexa and the rest of the system in my house. Just have to remember that they only work on 2.4 GHz. My router has both 2.4 and 5 GHz so I set up 2.4 specifically for my WiFi controller.

ExcellentWorks as advertised , long battery life when fully charged

I'm a big fan of this Tapo line of products and this addition (along with the other Tapo locks) add great versatility to expand the eco system providing more overall security and convenience for your home.

Replaced an older battery operated deadbolt lock with which I always had problems. I am glad I did as this one is very smooth.

This an excellent product. Control access to your door with the app. If the internet fails , the lock still functions normally without remote control. If the power fails, the lock has a key and opens mechanically. A+ for utility.

What a great smart deadbolt. Quality and easy to install.

This is a great product. It is stylish, looks cool.Impressive set of features.Easy to install to standard American house entrance doors.Very convenient to use.Highly recommend especially if you are using other Tapo products and if you manage to get it at sale price. This product often goes on sale.I wish they to include more than two physical keys and an option with matching door handle, but this is not critical - still five starts from me.There is a version that costs a bit more money but has fingertip opening feature in case you want super fancy one.

Just put this in today. Nice that the exterior pc is all metal with a good quality rubber gasket. All numbers are also covered by rubber. Interior has a metal plate but the rest is a heavy plastic. This was a very straight forward easy install. No issues at all. The other thing I'll say is when you install the app and it's trying to find the lock make sure you phone is right beside it. Even at only 8' away my phone couldn't pickup the lock. It's also preset to auto lock. I had to have my phone right beside the lock for the app to pickup the lock to change that feature. All and all very happy with this so far.

It works good, the only annoying thing is that the price change from when I originally purchased it which was almost half the price now.

Joli, fonctionne bien et facile à utiliser!

Great product for the price. Change password is a little annoying. Need to delete old then create new one. I forget the password for my child and can't check the password. Need to delete it and create a new one. Hope it will support by Airbnb in the future updates.

My smonet has become glitchy after 3 years and so back this one and so far so good. I always been a fan of tapo since I bought 3 of their cameras and 2 wifi plugs. The lock itself is responsive and buttons are better than a digital screen. Only time will tell if the lock is reliable. The app is easy, appealing and has great feature.I would give it 5 stars but 2 features are kinda annoying.1. Once you programmed the pin code, it no longer shows for security reasons. If you want to double check or forgot it, you delete and create a new one. My work around is putting the code in the name2. I run an airbnb and when you setup a code for a few days. You cannot select the entry time and exit time as it will affect each days. This is very annoying and I wish they can fix this. Other cheap models actually have that ability throught the app so not sure why it's limited hereI'll come back after 1 year and 1 cold winter to update this post. I live in QC and my cottage is by the lake...temperature can go down to -45° at times. Hopefully the lock will work in those hard conditions

Great , easy to install!! At my age I installed this lock myself without any problems. In 20 minutes the lock was ready to go. So nice to get to your door and never use a key!! Works very well using your phone even from a distance get info on your lock in real time. I recommend this lock.

I have installed countless wiser and schlage door locks and this one really impressed me for two things right off the start. The rubber gasket for the exterior keypad that seals it against the door as well as the Teflon bushing around the back set for a smoother operation. Somebody was thinking when they designed these. As for function I'm really impressed with it for the price that I paid it actually works really really good. All of my cameras and doorbells are from tp-link and I have not been let down by any of their products yet. I've been happy with one that I've had to exchange on warranty. Tp-link has been good for a computer products and electronics for years and it seems from continuing that tradition.

Very easy to install, looks nice and programming was easy to do. I recently replaced my other high end smart lock to this one because I kept getting error messages and the keypad would stop working. I finally decided to try something new. I am so glad I did. The price is more than half of the other crappy (S) keypad deadbolt. I can control the lock through an app which I already use for my indoor/outdoor cameras.

Best purchase I definitely recommend. I also have Tapo cameras so being able to control everything in one app is handy. Super easy to install. Never jams. I love the features of being able to lock/unlock from wherever and create different codes for different people or one time codes.
