The Tapo Rewards Club offers members exclusive benefits when shopping at the official TP-Link Tapo Store. Members earn points on qualifying purchases and activities that can be exchanged for discount vouchers. Additionally, members progress through reward tiers (Smart, Pro, Master) to unlock higher points earning rates and exclusive benefits such as seasonal vouchers and early access to new products.

If you already have a customer account in the TP-Link Tapo Store, you are already automatically a member of the Tapo Rewards Club. Simply log in to your account! Otherwise, you will need to create a customer account to access your points account on the My Account page or at checkout.

You earn points primarily through qualifying purchases in the Tapo Store, with the amount per dollar spent depending on your rewards tier. You can also earn points through non-purchase activities such as: creating an account, subscribing to the newsletter, following on social media, providing your date of birth, and through a referral program. TP-Link occasionally offers additional ways to collect points.

Rewards points expire 12 months after your last purchase or points activity. If you make another purchase or have a points activity within a year, the expiration date will be extended by one year from your last points activity.

Yes. Your reward tier status applies to the current year and the following calendar year. For example, if you achieve Pro status in November 2025, you will keep it until December 2026. After that, your status will reset based on the points earned in 2026.
What happens if I return my items or cancel my order?

If you return an item or cancel an order, the points earned from that purchase will be reversed or reduced. Points will also be deducted for partial refunds due to price adjustments. Your reward tier status will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that any misuse of points through repeated returns or cancellations may result in restrictions on your account.
