I replaced my ring pro wired doorbell with this Tapo.. it is twice as good as ring, the subscription if you take it is cheaper, and the night vision is color and Crystal clear. The detection zones are custom in it and the AI works amazing to pick up parcels people or vehicles perfectly. Honestly I should have did this before but the price came down to only $110 so I grabbed it right away. Very pleased with the camera. The setup process is extremely easy and user friendly once you turn it on it finds the Wi-Fi very easily and connects.

I was prevuouse a google doorbell user and was debating between this doorbell or a wyze. Gald I chose this one. It is a great doorbell, super easy to connect to the app and program. Video quality is great, picks up moment from far distances and records video prior to the movement so it doesn't miss anything. The doorbell is mounted on the side wall perpendicular to the door but the wide angle of the lens and the provide angle kit allows us to capture their entire walkway going to our door.AI detects packages, pets, motion and people. Video recording are available instantly and quickly from the app with no delay in access/loading periods like some brands, also no subscription is required for video access a diagram you can insert an SD card into the doorbell or connect it to a NAS if you have one. When the doorbell is rung it calls your device so you can answer the door from anywhere.I would recommend this to anyone and would buy again for a new house.

This doorbell is perfect for us. Love that you can put an sd card in to view your history without paying for a subscription. It's a great quality doorbell at a great price. One caveat is that you can't use the continuous recording mode with a traditional chime, only motion detected recordings. It does come with it's own plug in chime if you want to use the always-on mode.
