I have installed this camera on my Garage door. It tracks everything which we have selected. Night quality is pretty good as I can see grass and car plate number clearly. It rotates 360 so we can monitor each and every activity.

This is probably my 6th TP-Link/Tapo camera but my first 520ws model. Great for monitoring outside activities. I had a few problems with certain sd cards. I went on their website and bought one of the approved brands of cards and it finally works.

Works very well and reliably, not many false alarms due to light intensity changes , phone push notifications work well. The only negative point is that all Tapo pan and tilt cameras can't be adjusted for their standby position, forcing you to be very careful when you mount it to a fixed support.

I love the fact that you can set parameters for what notifications you get regarding vehicle or people activity. Plus, setting a boundary line for your property so it can go off when someone comes on it. It's been very durable through many storms so far and the picture quality is great at night.

Love the camera and the app.. only wish they would improve the WI-FI 2.5ghz is outdated these days.. and 5ghz would make a huge difference with connection choices and response

Bought this 3K Tapo camera to replace the old one and love this new camera especially the function of line-crossing tracking people/ car etc. Easy to install and set up, and good vision to review the video. Noticed the spot night at night time is not bright enough vs my old one, already moved up to 99% brightness. Love another function that you can set up and saved different monitoring view and changed anytime as needed. Highly recommended to have this Tapo camera.
